Dr. Daniel Kalb
MD, MPH, FAAFP
Dr. Daniel Kalb, MD, MPH, FAAFP opened Cool Springs Family Medicine in 2006.
He received his medical degree from SUNY/Stony Brook and post-graduate training at Shadyside Hospital in Pittsburgh, Michigan State University and the University of Texas/Houston, where he received a Master’s in Public Health. For more than 15 years, Dr. Kalb has worked in family and community medicine, while also teaching at Meharry Medical College, the University of Texas/Houston, LSU, and Tulane.
Board Certified and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Dr. Kalb is also a member of the Williamson County Medical Society, the Tennessee Academy of Family Physicians, and the American Academy of Family Physicians.
